Tours start at 10:30 and operate every hour through to 4:30 (3.30 from November to March\|) . Whilst it is not necessary to book, we suggest you might like to, as in our experience these tours sell out very fast, especially during weekends and peak periods.
A Castle entry ticket is not required to take the Segway Tour. You will only require a ticket if you wish to visit the Castle and Grounds separately.
Payment details: We accept cash, cheques, credit cards and debit cards.We do not accept American Express or Diners Club.

Terms and Conditions (but mainly sound advice)
Tours are subject to cancellation at short notice if weather conditions are not suitable.
Remember to dress appropriately for the weather conditions on the day.
Secure footwear should be worn (trainers, light walking boots, etc. but not flip-flops please). Ladies, may we suggest you consider wearing a sports bra as the track’s can be a little bumpy at times.
All riders are required to wear helmets which will be provided. Riders must be at least 14 years old and weigh 45kg (7 stones / 100lbs). A parent or legal guardian must sign a consent form for riders 14 to 16 years old and accompany them on the tour.
A maximum weight limit of 110kg (17½ stones / 245 lbs) applies.
Riders must be comfortable standing for between 35 to 45 or more minutes dependent on training time.
The rider should be able to shift their weight & be comfortable leaning slightly from side to side and be capable of stepping on and off the Segway PT when required without assistance.
